Shipping

We offer a reasonable increasing shipping rate depending on the amount spent, in order to cover the costs for heavier packages.

The "Store Pickup" option is also available at no cost for customers in the Nottingham area.

Processing of the order is usually 2 days. To this, you need to add the shipping time which will be more important if the jewellery items need to be sent internationally.

Refunds

Refunds with return cheerfully accepted for any reason. Normally the buyer pays the cost of return shipping. If the return is necessary because we made an error in our description, we pay for all costs of return. Your satisfaction is our number one priority!
